SAFETY MESSAGE

Parkside Equestrian Estates

May 5, 2026

Dear Parkside Equestrian Estates Association Members,

Please be aware that coyote sightings within the complex have increased in recent weeks. Coyotes are known to be more active and aggressive during mating season, typically from February through early Spring.

Coyotes have been seen on the walkway in front of buildings 990 and 996, and recently, on April 27th at 7:00 a.m., a resident walking her dog in the alley was surprised by a coyote coming out of an open garage. Her large dog became very vocal, encouraging the coyote to leave the area.

Please use caution and be aware of your surroundings. Keep your garage door shut whenever possible and do not feed wildlife as this brings in larger animals seeking a free squirrel, rat, skunk, or possum meal.
